General Role-playing Rules This site is a Warriors role-play site; if you join, please intend on role-playing.
1. When you are role-playing, you must write in third person and use past tense with the exception of duologue and character thoughts.
[Bad] EX: I stood on three legs as I slowly limped to the Medicine Cat's den. "Hi Snowflower, I've got a thorn stuck in my paws, can you get it out for me?" I meowed to the pretty white she-cat, wincing in pain. [Good] EX: A ginger colored tabby stood on three legs as he slowly limped to the Medicine Cat's den. "Hi Snowflower, I've got a thorn stuck in my paws, can you get it out for me?" The warrior meowed to the pretty white she-cat, wincing in pain. 2. Swearing in role-plays is permitted, but only when necessary. Please don't go around cursing at people.
3. StarClan cats are NOT role-played, so when your cat dies, they are gone, unless they are reincarnated. The only place StarClan ever appears is when a leader/medicine cat is sharing dreams with them or if its part of a plot.
4. No power-playing or god-modding. Power-playing: When you play somebody else's cat. You cannot say that another cat is there.
Ex: Sandpaw heard paw steps behind her and she turned around to see Redpaw following her.
It is Redpaw's role-players choice to decide if Redpaw is going to follow Sandpaw. God-modding: This is when your cat never gets hurt. If you are in a battle, its not likely your cat will come out of it without a single scratch.
5. You can not seriously injure or kill another characters cat without their permission.
6. You may not have any kind of supernatural powers, invincible techniques, without permission from one of the staff, but leaders can have nine lives.
7. Please remember that if a cat doesn't like your cat when you are role-playing, it doesn't necessarily mean that the member that role-plays them doesn't like you.

Gatherings 1. Current leaders must attend the gatherings useless there is a reason for them not to.
2. Leaders and deputies pick who gets to go to the gathering and who says at camp on guard.
3. Nursing queens and kits may not attend gatherings.
4. Clans elders are allowed to attend gatherings if they wish.
5. Keep all gatherings appropriate. You can wind things up a bit, but no fighting/attacking other cats unless it is part of a plor
6. All gatherings take place in the Island board.

Mates and Mating Rules 1. You are NOT allow to role-play the mating process.
2. Mates must role-play together and say "I love you" or showing some form of love.
3. Tom & tom and she-cat & she-cat relationships are allowed, though (obviously) the couple cannot have kits together.
4. You cannot play your cats' mate(s). For instance, I could not play Fluffytail and Fuzzyear and have them be mates; someone else would have to play one.
5. Female leaders, deputies can have a mate and kits, even though it is against the Warrior Code, and likely will cause unroar among Clan. If a leader has kits during her term, her deputy will take over for a while. If the deputy has kits, the leader will choose a trusted warrior to fill in for her. If both have kits, a trusted warrior will take over both positions temporarily, or split the job up between two cats.
6. Medicine cats and apprentices are not allowed to have mates/ kits by the Warrior Code, but you could still have them do so, but beware of the punishments!

Kits;; Birth 1. Parents get first picks on kits. Anyone can adopt as long as the mother of the kits agrees.
2. Post all kits in the Adopt a Kitten, part of the Wanted/Unwanted board.
3. There must be a father to have kits, although when role-playing you can say that the queen doesn't wish to tell or it may be unknown.
4. You can have anywhere from 1-7 kits in a litter, but an average cat has 1-3 kits that survive per litter.
5. Do not go too into detail with the birth of the kits, if you decide on role-playing it.
6. If no one claims a kitten from the litter, it will be still-born or not born at all.
7. Kits will be apprenticed at 6 moons, maybe 5 if the leader has special reason to do so.
8. Once all a queens kits have been apprenticed, she go back to being a warrior.
9. Kits and elders cannot have kits. Kits are just babies themselves and elders will have gone barren.
10. I (stealth) will decide the number of kits in each litter (1-6) and the genders (depending on which gender is most needed for your Clan.) You may decide the names, appearances, personalities, etc. of them. Remember, kits are combinations of the parents, and generally show some traits from grandparents or immediate relatives.
